Hi, I’m Sophie! :)
I help people understand their symptoms and guide them back to a place of calm and safety.
For many years, I struggled with intense physical and mental health issues. I went through several major surgeries, dealt with ongoing health problems, and was told I would never fully recover. Alongside this, my mental health was deeply affected. I was a chronic overthinker and worrier, often living in states of anxiety, overwhelm, panic, emotional dysregulation, and exhaustion. Everyday life felt like an uphill battle I could never quite win.
Today, things look very different. Through self-taught practices, I’m now the healthiest and happiest I’ve ever been. I didn’t just improve my mental and physical health, I also learned how and why those patterns developed in the first place.
My work is centred around nervous system regulation. I help people recognise their own patterns and understand why they respond the way they do. For some, that looks like constant overthinking and anxiety. For others, it shows up as emotional overwhelm, pushing through exhaustion, or shutting down when life feels like too much.
Alongside nervous system regulation, I also teach body-based practices and self-concept work where they support healing. These tools help build a sense of safety and trust within yourself, which is what allows real, lasting change to happen.
