🌞Visualise your power: Sit for 2 minutes and imagine a glowing yellow sun in your belly. Feel it expand. Let it energise you. This is your inner fire — your power source.
3. Regulate Your Nervous System (So the Healing Sticks)
🌬️Deep belly breathing: Inhale for 4, hold for 4, exhale for 6–8. This calms your vagus nerve and tells your body: “We’re safe now.”
🚿Cold splash reset: Splash cold water on your face, especially around the eyes and cheekbones — this activates the dive reflex and instantly resets your stress response.
💃Somatic shaking: Shake out your arms, legs, hips, jaw. Let your body release pent-up tension the way animals do in the wild. It works — and it feels weirdly amazing.
