Gut Problems? How Blocked Chakras and Toxic Thoughts are to Blame
Ever wonder what’s really behind those stubborn digestive issues? Let’s uncover the fascinating connection between your gut, the power of your thoughts, and the energy flow of your chakras.
Oh, the discomfort of digestive troubles—it's a feeling I know all too well. You probably do too, right?
That knot in your stomach that turns every meal into a bit of a gamble, making you second-guess if you’re about to set off another wave of digestive chaos.
I’ve been there, more times than I care to admit. Honestly, I’ve spent a lot of time in and out of hospitals due to severe digestive issues, trapped in a seemingly never-ending cycle of discomfort.
But here's what I discovered after all those ups and downs: it wasn’t solely about what I was eating or my actions, in fact, that had very little to do with it.
I can recall one day when I had a meal that left me in agony. Fast forward a month, and I decided to indulge in that same dish (it was so good—no judging, please). This time? No gut problems at all. Why was that?
Well, I realized it wasn’t the food that was the problem; it was my mindset and my energy, (stay with me here). Once I addressed those two things, my gut issues vanished. It’s amazing to think that my hospital days are behind me, especially since I was told I’d have severe gut problems for the rest of my life.
Healing from Within: The Influence of Chakras on Digestive Health
When you’ve dealt with poor digestive health for a while, it’s tough to believe two things:

But trust me, it’s possible—and It’s easier than you think!

How Your Self-Perception Affects Digestion
Every thought you have isn’t just for you; it’s heard and responded to by the universe, and your body listens too.
For anyone new to this concept, it might be a bit hard to digest (pun intended) at first, but once you start to think more intentionally, you’ll see a transformation in both your health and your life.
Your mindset and self-perception have a significant impact on your digestive health. Self-concept or self-perception (same thing..) is the way you see yourself and the beliefs you hold about yourself
What most people don’t quite realize is that your self-concept will continue to manifest into your life over and over again until you choose to change it.
For example, if you believe that you have a sensitive stomach that can’t tolerate certain foods, that is exactly what you’ll experience. Thankfully, this can be changed.
By simply choosing new thoughts such as “I’ve got a strong stomach and can tolerate any foods” you will begin to re-wire your mind and body.
While it may feel silly or like you’re lying at first, the more you repeat it, the more it hardwires into your brain and the more it naturally becomes your truth.
This has been proven to work through the works of Joe Dispenza & if you’ve not read his books, i HIGHLY recommend doing so.
This works for any kind of negative self-belief you hold about yourself. Flip the belief into a positive one, even if you don’t believe the positive one yet and repeat, repeat, repeat. it WILL become your new reality.
The universe is all ears; it hears your thoughts and responds accordingly. If you’re aiming to improve your gut health, you need to take charge of your mind and start thinking with intention.
Try finding 3-5 affirmations focused on good gut health. Repeat them daily—in the morning, throughout the day, and at night—for about 30-60 days. Just watch how things start to shift.
Here are some affirmations to get you started:
- Every cell in my digestive system is working in perfect harmony.
- I’m grateful for the balance and wellness within my gut.
- My body absorbs nutrients efficiently, supporting my overall health.
- I’m surrounded by healing energy that promotes optimal digestive health.
- With every breath, I send love and healing to my digestive tract.
- I’m blessed with a strong, resilient digestive system that easily processes everything I eat.
- My mind and gut are perfectly aligned, manifesting health and vitality.
- Each day, my gut health improves and flourishes in ways that uplift my whole being.
- I’m filled with energy and vitality because my gut is healthy and strong.
