The Hidden Truth About Your Poor Health: It’s Not Your Diet, It’s Your Energy

The Myth of Diet & Lifestyle as the Ultimate Solution

There are thousands, if not, hundreds of thousands of diet and lifestyle products on the market today. Each one teaching you what foods to eat, what foods not to eat, many demonizing whole food groups and promising that their way is the only way.

They’re selling you supplements that they promise will cure all your health problems or teaching you complicated recipes for foods you don’t even like!

Promoting expensive kitchen gadgets that you “absolutely need” if you want to improve your health and telling you to throw out all your favorite foods. While some of these plans may help you in the short term, it always ends up feeling impossible to keep up long term.

What do you mean I have to drink celery juice every single morning!? Gross!

If you want to heal your health and become the best, most vibrant version of yourself, you need to look at your energy & trust me, this works because I’ve done it myself.

I spent many years in and out of hospital, trying every diet and medication to make myself healthy and finally start living my life. Each new diet or medication I tried I thought “this is the one that will cure me” but they never did. Some made me feel better short term but they either stopped working or I couldn’t stay consistent with it because i hadn’t changed my energy first.

The 3 keys to Your Best Health (No diets included)

That was until I discovered the 3 keys to my best health, and they have nothing to do with diets or medications.

Your energy is vastly more important than any diet or medication you’ve used in the past. In fact, it is so important that if you ignore the energetic side of your health and only focus on diet and medication, you’ll likely never live the life that you really want.

Focusing on the energetic steps first will naturally lead you to the health you’ve always desired. Whether that’s freedom of movement, no illness or ailments, the weight loss or gain you’ve always wanted, all these things will be handed to you with ease once you first focus on your energy.   

1.        Your concept of self:

Your daily thoughts and beliefs about yourself are keeping you stuck in a cycle of poor health. Each time you think about your poor health, each time you feel down about your poor health, you are re-enforcing the idea that you are someone who is not healthy.

Your body is its own living being who’s taking instructions from its owner, you. Every time you have a thought like “Why am I always ill” “Why can’t I be like her” “I can’t eat this food, or that food because…” “I only have to look at food and I gain weight” “My body just hates me and doesn’t work properly.”

2.        Your Chakras.

Now, not everyone subscribes to the concept of chakras, yet, everybody has them and everybody’s health and wellness are greatly affected by them. Think of your chakras like little intersections throughout your body where your energy passes through.

Each chakra (you have seven that you need to know about) governs a different part of your body and will impact your health in different ways.

If each and every one of your chakras is open and balanced, your energy can flow freely and your body can and will naturally heal itself.

Every cell in your body needs life force energy to be able to work properly and when they don’t get that energy through blockages in your chakras, they start to shut down, become ill and cause a world of problems for your health.

So, the solution? Open and balance your chakras. Most people in todays society have blockages within many of their chakras and so are experiencing problems with their health. If everyone spent 10-15 minutes each day focusing on chakra opening, within 6 months the pharmaceutical companies would be out of business.

3. Nervous system regulation

The third and final key to your best health yet is nervous system regulation. Your nervous system, which essentially tells all your body parts and organs what to do is absolutely fantastic at keeping your body healthy for you. However, if the nervous system becomes dysregulated, it cannot do its job.

As with blocks in chakars, most people with health problems today, do not have a regulated nervous system.

The system doesn’t know what to tell each of your body parts and so each of your body parts doesn’t know what to do to stay healthy.

Think of it like a big brass band without its conductor or a busy intersection without any signs or traffic lights. Chaos.

The thing I love so much about these three keys is that they intertwine so beautifully. Many of the activities you can do to regulate the nervous system such as deep breathing or spending time in nature will also open your chakras and vice versa.

Each of the 3 keys work together in perfect harmony to give you either peak health or never ending health problems. And you get to decide which is the truth for you.

Why Fixing Your Energy Naturally Leads to Healthy Choices

Okay, so, I hear you saying, “but you do have to eat healthy to be healthy and I’ve seen people change their diet and lifestyle and now they are thriving, so, what are you talking about?”

When you see people change their diet and lifestyle and they stick to it long term, they have changed their energy, even if they don’t realise that’s what they’ve done. They have changed their thinking patterns and their beliefs about their own health.

If you believe you are a sick person, you will always be a sick person but if you shift your thinking, everything else shifts too.

Maybe they’ve taken up yoga or other activities that are opening their chakras without them even realising and maybe they never had a dysregulated nervous system to begin with.

Everyone’s situation is different, and you will never really know what someone is thinking about themselves or the steps they’re really taking in life.

The amazing thing about focusing on your energy first, is that causes you to WANT to do the things that will aid in your health.

Let’s say you spend the next month opening your first two or three chakras, you take 10 minutes each morning to focus on this. You also decide to start talking to yourself better, you tell yourself your health is improving every single day (even if you don’t believe it at first)

Once that month is up, you will have naturally attracted the solutions to a lot of your problems. Maybe you find some recipes that you absolutely love and that have the exact nutrients you need.

Maybe you meet someone who introduces you to an activity you didn’t even know existed and now its your favourite thing ever, you don’t even notice you’re exercising.
